Off-duty Muslim NYPD Officer Victim Of A Hate Incident, Pushed And Called "ISIS", While Dropping Off Her Son
New York Knicks reserve forward Cleanthony Early was shot during an apparent holdup after leaving a Queens strip club early Wednesday morning. The attack happened around 4:30 a.m. after the 24-year-old Bronx native left the CityScapes Gentlemen’s Club on 58th Street and jumped into a livery car. As many as three cars surrounded the livery car on Maurice Avenue, 1010 WINS’ Glenn Schuck reported. Early was then robbed of his gold chains by a group of armed and masked men, and shot in the leg, Schuck reported. Early was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was undergoing surgery. He is expected to be OK, Schuck reported.
